I have negotiated hundreds of technology deals, including nearly 50 acquisitions from $10M to $500M in valuation. My focus areas are B2B software, IoT and applications of AI.
I've been working for well over a decade to help women in the tech sector accelerate their careers. I'm the co-founder of a number of non-profits focused on women in tech, and sit on a number of boards and advisory boards of organizations in this segment.
